Reflection: I like this statement because it is true how are
you ever going to win if you do not practice and do not prepare, you will never
win games like that you need to be fit. You need to be Physically fit and also
Mentally fit if you do PREPARE and PRACTICE you should be confident and have
that attitude that you WILL WIN!
